The Electronics division provides a service to our customers for the quality manufacture of electronic & electromechanical units as well as the design and built a variety of special to type test equipment.

Our team of engineers use Solidworks 3D modelling software as part of the  design process and are able to supply a full range of documents in most formats commonly used by our customers.

Through our extensive experience and supplier base we are able to deal with material sourcing and obsolescence issues.

Our capability includes the manufacture of through hole and surface mount pcbs. We specialise in low volume runs and have an Essemtec pick and place machine as well a vapour phase solder equipment and aqueous and solvent based board cleaning equipment. This is all housed in an ESD controlled environment.

Our class 100,000 clean room (ISO 14644-ISO 8) is used for the manufacture of flight standard satellite harnesses through our strategic partnership with Astrium in Toulouse.

Aero Stanrew has experience gained over many years in taking on product lines previously made in-house by customers and developing systems, documentation and procedures to provide cost savings, improved quality and reliability and first rate delivery performance.
